ABOUT ME:
Havva Eisenbaum is an award-winning Content Producer, Seller and Buyer, specializing in Non-Fiction, Reality TV and Documentary Development. She is a sought-after speaker and mentor in the Unscripted space and works as a consultant with WBD Networks, Fox Alternative Entertainment and a variety of prestige production companies.

In the course of her career, Eisenbaum has sold content to (or purchased content on behalf of) the following distributors; MAX, OWN, Discovery+, Amazon, HULU, FOOD, TLC, HGTV, WEtv, MTV, VH1, BET, NatGeo, ABC Fam, Z Living, Animal Planet, Bravo, HIST, Oxygen, CMT, Lifetime, The CW, STYLE, LOGO, NBC, Showtime and PBS.

She most recently served as Vice President of Development & Programming for The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) and was responsible for developing the network’s slate of non-fiction programming, including content under Oprah’s banner for the WBD streamers.

She oversaw the successful development of dozens of series for the linear cable network, crossover content with the teams from HGTV and FOOD Network, content for the MAX and Discovery+ streamers and additional Oprah-branded content for HULU.

Prior to OWN, Eisenbaum was Head of Unscripted Television at Monami Productions, the powerhouse company behind VH1’s LOVE & HIP HOP franchise. She sold seven pilots in her first year and among the series she sold and oversaw for Monami were TAMAR BRAXTON: GET YA LIFE! and HIP HOP HOMICIDES, both for WEtv. She oversaw IP acquisitions and partnerships with power players such as Lionsgate and Sony. Eisenbaum came to Monami from Amsterdam-based distribution and production company Off the Fence (prodco behind the Academy Award-winning MY OCTOPUS TEACHER), where she created and Executive Produced factual series and specials for American networks, including TLC, HIST, MTV and various international outlets.

Eisenbaum earned her B.S. degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin and her M.A. from the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
