ABOUT ME:
Evelyn Yves is a television writer and producer with experience writing for primetime cable and streaming TV series for major studios, including Warner Bros and Netflix.

Most recently, Evelyn was a co-producer on the upcoming Netflix limited series, THE PERFECT COUPLE, starring Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Eve Hewson and Dakota Fanning — a prestige drama/mystery adapted from the Elin Hilderbrand novel. Previously, she wrote on MAX’s hit series, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS: ORIGINAL SIN, a horror/slasher reboot of the successful YA franchise. She has also written for OWN’s sexy prime time soap, KINGS OF NAPA, and the CW’s musical dramedy, KATY KEENE, based on the popular Archie comic character and franchise.

Evelyn is also an alum of the WB Television Writers’ Workshop, which launched her writing career in television. Prior to the workshop, she was featured in Aaron Sorkin’s MASTERCLASS. As an immigrant, Evelyn was born in Singapore and grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she got a thorough education on American life, thanks to syndicated reruns of THE WEST WING and ALLY MCBEAL. At the ripe old age of 17, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of writing for television and movies.
