In the digital space, she is producing a comedy film for Lionsgate Digital, and she consulted for a Latinx-focused and Millennial-focused YouTube MCN.
Regina has consulted for a major Beijing, China film and TV studio on China/US co-production and in animated family films, helping them to hire top Hollywood writers and directors.
Regina has adapted Intellectual Property such as books, articles, life stories, and even internet jokes into film/TV properties that have found homes at major studios and networks.
In film, Regina has worked directly with four big Hollywood studios (Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, New Line Cinema, New Regency Productions), on independent features, on international co-productions, and on short films. In TV, she has worked with broadcast networks and cable networks on hour-long and half-hour TV series, having sold to HBO, Starz, Showtime, AMC, FX, Fox, CBS, The CW, BET, Paramount TV, and Sony TV.
As head of Film & TV for Academy Award-nominated actor/writer/producer Owen Wilson’s production company, Regina sold TV pilots to Starz and to HBO and feature films to Time Warner’s New Line.
She has dabbled in branded entertainment, multiplatform content, and unscripted series, having created a multiplatform game show that gained interest from major unscripted producers such as FremantleMedia, the powerhouse producer of AMERICAN IDOL; All3Media, the producer of UNDERCOVER BOSS; and the producer of Yahoo’s Procter & Gamble series “Raising an Olympian.” In branded entertainment, she consulted on a short film series sponsored by Jameson Whiskey.
Previously, Regina served as the Vice President of Development for actor/producer Hugh Jackman’s Seed Productions, where she supervised development on the Fox films X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE and DECEPTION. Regina oversaw the creative direction of Seed Productions Australia in Sydney, and she brought in Broadway projects for Jackman’s stage aspirations, including HOUDINI, which Aaron Sorkin signed on to adapt. Regina is a Co-Producer of Seed and New Regency Productions’ CHASING AMBER, an action/adventure film in development.
Regina began her executive career as Manager of Development at Universal Pictures, where she was the chief executive in charge of the films CURIOUS GEORGE and AMERICAN WEDDING. In addition, she served as the junior creative executive on 12 other films, including THE TALE OF DESPEREAUX, I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK & LARRY, THE GOOD SHEPHERD, THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS: TOKYO DRIFT, DOOM, BRIDGET JONES: THE EDGE OF REASON, TWO BROTHERS, CONNIE AND CARLA, THE CAT IN THE HAT, SEABISCUIT, RED DRAGON, and THE SCORPION KING.

Regina volunteers for the CineStory Foundation, a nonprofit educational screenwriting institute. She is a graduate of Duke University. She spent a summer working in professional theater at the prestigious Berkshire Theatre Festival.
